Since 1985 when our company has started its activities in the progressive and developing plastic sector, Assahra reached todays succes by its own quality and technological eye, also importantly whit large R&D investments.

In the first 8 years, until the year 2003, our company served different kinds of sectors (Automotive, Household appliances, office furnitures, bathroom equipments in construction industry adwetisement sector) by producing plastic sheets made of various kinds materials (PS, PP, PE, ABS, HIPS, PMMA, SAN, HDPE, PC), up to 3 layer lminated sheets and can be shaped size and colour wise at the customer request.

As a result of many years of profesional R&D studies, in 2003 , our company has started to produce its own plastic sheet machine as well as plastic sheet production. Until now we have produced 4 fullmachines 1 for our use 3 of them we have served for our customer use. Perfectly running machines, can work manuel, automated, one or two layer laminated and different capacity (350-850 kg/h) and width (850mm-2500mm).

Automation of machines can be varied by our customer specifications, we can use Siemens S7-314, S7-315, S7-316 or Simotion when customers use servo machines of some adjustments. Apart from the automation parts all other machinery, which needs high technology, are produced by our factory these are like mould, co adaptor(black box) gear pump etc. We also supply these special production parts to our existing customers who are already using machine.

Our capacity for plastic sheets production is 500 tones per month but it can be increased by demand because we produce our own machinery which gives us a great advantage to increase production capasity anytime.

We are now producing all kind of plastic sheets by using lates technologies and machinery with all the equipments and spare parts.
